SXSW 2022
Building Skills to Empower the Future’s Workforce
Description:
The workplace is evolving, and so are best practices for leadership. In this interactive workshop, an expert in leadership and coaching will explore why and how the crucial skills necessary for effective leadership are changing, and walk attendees through exercises to cultivate the coaching skills needed to inspire and engage team members across complicated, dynamic work environments. The workshop will address the soft skills necessary to motivate and empower employees as they make a permanent shift to remote or hybrid work and adapt to new technologies, as well as the “trickle down” positive impacts of a coaching culture when implemented into the workplace.
