Overnight, the world changed. Businesses, colleges, families were forced to completely re-work daily life. Nearly a year into the pandemic, some in higher ed are pining for “the good ole days” – a nostalgia that is not serving our students. This crisis presents a unique moment to rebuild a system that serves the students we always needed to focus on.
