SXSW EDU 2021

Immigrants and the Inclusive Economic Recovery

Description:

Recent political efforts to undermine the rights of immigrants and refugees have exacerbated the challenges of the Latinx community, while COVID-19 impacted them at a dramatically disproportionate rate. This session will highlight tactics and collaborations between nonprofits and leading employers to support underserved immigrants, and pave the way for a more inclusive recovery.
