Therapy on Demand: Rethinking Campus Mental Health

As the pandemic continues to highlight the ongoing and exacerbated mental health challenges that students face, it has also spurred colleges to explore new approaches to provide support services to anxious and stressed-out students. With recent research indicating that nearly six in 10 students are grappling with anxiety brought on by COVID-19, can telehealth and on-demand therapy help to mitigate this looming crisis?
