CBE at Work: Better Learning for the Discerning
Description:
Employers have long struggled to reshape their workforces and many have come to realize that they won’t be able to hire their way out of this challenge. If reskilling and upskilling workers are to be a meaningful part of the solution, learning needs to happen reliably and efficiently. Competency-based education (CBE) holds promise for employers, who require effective methods and for learners, whose chief barrier is time. This session will examine how CBE can help build a future-ready workforce.
