Wellness From Home (WFH): The New Era of Health
Description:
Pre-coronavirus, the masses were accustomed to outsourcing their health—from overpriced group workout classes to friends turned reiki masters. However, individuals were suddenly faced with maintaining their own health after a pandemic-induced wave of gym closures and overbooked doctors appointments, often left supported by whatever could be found at home. With this shift, how can the industry meet people where they are at, and give people the tools to make their own wellness decisions? In this session, Lucas DiPietrantonio, CEO and Co-Founder of Darkroom, will lead a conversation with Konrad Billetz (Founder, Winona), Stephen Liu (CEO, IFGFit), and Julie Sharma (Co-Founder, Wellness Coach) on the next wave of wellness, and redefining what it means to take care of ourselves.
