We all know stereotypes exist around attributes like skin color, gender, and sexuality. Less commonly addressed is the issue of language bias — there is innate bias in language, in the words we use, and how we use them. While language can be the strongest initial connector and between people, it can also be the biggest divider, so how can we work to break down stereotypes and fix the biases within it? By combining emerging technology and artificial intelligence with real humans and authenticity.
