Get by with a Little Help from Your...Company?
Description:
COVID-19 catalyzed devastating economic consequences and simultaneously magnified long standing racial disparities. This time of social and economic reckoning has upended existing talent management practices, while simultaneously presenting an opportunity for change.
This session will be a facilitated discussion on how companies can reimagine and rebuild talent practices in a way that emphasizes equity, puts people at the center of business strategy, and creates economic mobility.
