Investment and innovation are critical for helping workers to access and afford training that leads to economic advancement. In this talk, we follow the journey of a single workforce impact investment from a specialized impact investor to an innovative education financing startup to a high-impact training provider to the learner herself. By spotlighting diverse players in the ecosystem, we highlight the opportunities for investment and innovation to meet our greatest workforce challenges.
