Athletes are often missing or deficient in one of these areas leading to impaired performance. Optimization in these areas can not only lead to big gains in performance but can also lead to improvements in health. We seek to provide our listeners with actionable items they can take away from each podcast and work into their training and lifestyle routines to take their performance to the next level.
