SXSW EDU 2020
Immigration & Healing Through Cross Media Edu
Description:
Cross-media --when a “story” moves from one media content platform to another— is a provocative methodology devised at Harvard Graduate School of Education. It facilitates reconciliation with and through painful subjects like immigration. In our workshop we’ll offer an introduction to a compelling way of working with students, capitalizing on books, films, plays --a methodology melding education, ethics and (a)esthetics. We look forward to sharing explorations in the US, Chile and other places.
