The demand for technical jobs have never been lower; a shift that is inviting an influx of more women, non-college graduates, international candidates, remote workers, people with disabilities and underrepresented minorities. But are businesses, educational programs, and community support programs keeping up with evolving needs and the nuances of diversity? Panelists from across the industry will discuss their efforts for encouraging more diversity, welcoming those traditionally outside of the technology industry and providing consistent and impactful community care.
