SXSW 2020

In Search of the Big E

Description:

Experience has never been more essential. Many of today’s experiences are created using demographics or purchase history. This approach can work, but ultimately these experiences aren’t building lasting connections because they are missing the big E – Empathy.

Brands need to take the time to get to know their customers and what they really care about. They need to move from organizations to organisms that live, breath and learn to be able to fully understand and provide what their customers need. Where is the emotional connection and how can we not only tap into but be an actual part of it?

This session will explore how to access the Big E and how to use it to unlock the creative ideas that have a heightened level of relevance and deliver impactful experiences that customers want.
