Building Equity Through Digital Skills

How do we support our lowest-skilled learner-workers and the organizations who serve them in building digital literacy and lifelong learning skills for the future of work? What best practices and resources exist to help providers and employers build digital capacity and tech integration models to improve outcomes for learner-workers? Members of Digital US, a consortium of national organizations aligned around digital equity, will spotlight promising work and invite collaboration.

  1. Understand how addressing digital equity and inclusion barriers is critical to ensuring lower-skilled adults aren't left behind in the future of work.
  2. Learn demonstrated learner-centric best practices for instruction and assessment of digital skills, particularly through technology-based products.
  3. Learn about new resources available to providers, including coaching and support, to help build the digital skills capacity of the organization.
