In our 24h a day we are online a number of hours. On smartphones, computers or on social, for work or playing games. We book yoga classes and holidays online. Is our increasing online behavior healthy? Research shows that generation Z - who grew up with digital devices - is connected online, but disconnected offline. They feel often lonely. How can we prevent this getting into a bigger problem? Get insights on health and digital skills: how to connect or may be better to disconnect. The influence from fashion industry as role models on health is a total new way of working. Innovative insights and developments from Netherland and Europe will be shared and discussed, because this problem is just starting. Not in one country, but worldwide.
