After decades of working in the advertising industry I realized that I was really good at creatively selling things. But I started to question what I was selling, why I was selling and how my talents even mattered — to me and to others. What positive difference was I making in the world? In my quest to understand my personal purpose I discovered how to also guide others in their search for greater meaning in their work. While it may sound simple, the path to uncovering what you stand for can be both daunting and liberating. Once you know your true purpose, Mondays become your favorite day of the week. You will feel like jumping up and shouting, “Look out world…here I come!”
