SXSW EDU 2020

Student Empowerment in a Time of Crisis

Description:

The people we teach today are the ones who will be the voters and leaders of tomorrow, but how do we inspire politically engaged passion in youth to create well versed and active citizens?
You will hear the story of a youth leader who uses passion, fear, and injustice to drive their projects and create change. Through this, you will learn to create an open environment where students feel like they can step up and use their voice to explore their passions for the betterment of the world.
