A Brain Changer: Master Emotions with Mindfulness

Over the course of just one day in an elementary classroom, a child can visit the entire spectrum of emotions, from excited to overwhelmed to furious. Learning to gain control of emotional awareness, identification and management sets a foundation for well-being, positive social relationships and academic achievement. In this session, you will learn how specific mindful practices can help increase this emotional control and ways to easily incorporate these practices into your classroom routine.
