Classroom Connections With a Global Perspective

Description:

Ignite curiosity and the possibility of connecting students and educators with global communities to foster the promise of solving real-world problems. If standards in education require students to solve real-world problems, then we must provide opportunities to make real-world connections using social learning platforms. Grounded in social learning theory with an emphasis on intentionally teaching digital literacy and digital citizenship to prepare students for success in a global society.
