SXSW 2020
Build the Future: People, Tech, and Physical Space
Description:
The most important factors contributing to how you feel at work are your relationships, the technology, and the physical space. Activity Based Working combines all three to take a holistic approach to culture change in organizations. Activity Based Working is a methodology through which organizations achieve greater collaboration and accountability by fostering connections across physical, technological, and personal boundaries. ABW prepares us for the future of work, taking a systems approach at a deep level. In this session we will use data analysis and case studies to show how choice and mobility at work increase productivity and happiness. We will then go through the important steps in implementing a mobile and choiceful culture to elevate the organization and the bottom line.
