Strong culture is a cornerstone of success. Fostering a great corporate culture starts with a culture blueprint. When most people hear about a company with a great corporate culture, they think of a beautiful office with fun perks like free food and flexible schedules. You might be envisioning Facebook’s headquarters in Menlo Park or Google’s Mountain View campus. While these perks are fantastic and popular among employees, a great culture is made up of so much more than just nap rooms and foosball tables.
