SXSW 2019

Expanding an Agency Persona to Innovative Thinking

Description:

There’s been a lot of discussion around the “Agency of the Future”. As agencies merge, new tech has created CX platforms and data seems to be both everywhere and nebulous at the same time. The way for agencies to survive this “agency apocalypse” is by building up individuals through diversity and inclusion initiatives that propel them.

The sheer complexity of the questions being asked, requires a broad and diverse set of skills and insights from data ninjas, research mavens or even me, a tall nerdy first-generation Indian woman.

Diversity comes from the diverse voices bringing new ideas into the workplace. It’s my mission to show agencies how to embrace individual voices and hire with that intention to help them innovate faster and keep up with the industry’s changes.
