Will They Vote? Teen Journalists on the Youth Vote
Description:
Historically, young people are the least likely to vote. Why? Connect with student reporters who were on the frontlines of the 2018 midterm elections, investigating voter attitudes on topics affecting their communities. You will discover how youth media can help students build civic knowledge and foster an appreciation for local and national issues that impact them, and hear from youth media leaders about useful project-based learning resources for the classroom.
