SXSW 2019
Time to Wage War Against the Daily Commute?
Description:
The ways in which we work are rapidly evolving, and technology advances have made it possible to get the job done from almost anywhere. Working in traditional office buildings is no longer an everyday requirement, but they still play a critical role in how we collaborate as a team.
As workstyles evolve, so will the tools we use and the spaces in which we work.
What will the future of work look like? Will people wage war on the traditional commute? Will offices be designed to facilitate more effective collaboration? Experts from Herman Miller, Logitech, Upwork and Zoom will join a panel moderated by an industry visionary. Together, they’ll share a holistic viewpoint on the future of work and discuss how to inspire people to do great things even as teams become increasingly dispersed.
