UDL: The Language of Learner Variability

Description:

As a field of education, we are passionate about meeting the needs of all learners. We see education as a human right and as a means to creating a just future. Can our language cause barriers to this vision? This session will provide an entry point for educators to use the language of Universal Design for Learning and learner variability to find barriers that exist in the curriculum, not the learner.
