Silver Tech Comes of Age: More Than Healthcare
Description:
As the pioneers of the personal computer age turn 50, these technology literate seniors embody unique interests related to leisure time, digital connectivity, entertainment and e-commerce. And yet most digital consumer technology relegates this cohort to healthcare or financial management (health & wealth) apps. In this session, we explore how to engage with this generation through digital interaction in a way that is meaningful and valuable both to the consumer and entrepreneur. We'll look at under-served market areas and user-interface techniques that resonate with the elderly in those markets. With technology spanning multiple generations, we improve digital engagement that rewards society as a whole from youngest to oldest.
