No cavemen has lined up 200 stones in front of a test panel to see what makes fire, No Microwave popcorn or big bang theory proof without a small accidental discovery. After decades of innovation guru's and disruption specialists it's time to loosen up and let our future be shaped by the smartest fools. its time to admit a good accident can sometimes create a even better outcome. In this talk we explore the unexplored process of creating discoveries by accident and how to harness them, applaud them and use their learnings.
