SXSW 2019

Anti-Problems for Inclusive Design

Description:

The anti-problem is a critical thinking method that defines constraints by "understanding the opposite". In this workshop, you'll experience first-hand how a scrappy team successfully used the anti-problem method to design a respectful, user-centered experience from a business case diametrically-opposed to users.
