Social Listening Meet Up

Following the success of last year's meet up, we look forward to this opportunity learn from our peers. Social Listening isn’t just an add-on to a project, it’s a career. While social listening tools abound, they still require the expertise of these Social Listeners to translate business questions to boolean queries, identify the right data sets, and conduct the analysis from which they can provide insights and recommendations. As language and technology evolve, so do the skill-sets required.
