Institutional Racism: A Serious Glocal Issue
54% of Brazilians are black. However, they still a minority in the job market. Black people suffer prejudice throughout their professional lives, but society is not willing to talk about it. The biggest obstacle in overcoming prejudice is breaking the silence and raising the debate with society. On this panel, you will see how Paraná Government used a social experiment to expose the racism inside the HR departments and as the main result broke the silence on the subject around an entire country.
