Everything now needs to happen on Digital. But how to explore the extreme mobile penetration in developing countries to deliver simple solutions, from the baseline to higher population layers?
In this session we will discuss about successful cases in Brazil that understood population characteristics. How banks, public transportation and even politicians have been changing the game, learning every day people's limitations and delivering better products. We will show a "for export" model.
