The Golden Age of Podcasting: Why Now?

Podcasting emerged into the media landscape in the mid 2000s but didn’t get much mainstream love. Fast forward to today and 67 million Americans now tune in monthly all in the midst of a hyper-competitive media landscape. What precipitated this massive re-emergence? Why are consumers finally tuning in and advertisers taking note? This panel will get to the crux of why we’re hitting the Golden Age of Podcasting and discuss what industry improvements are needed to maintain its rapid growth.
