Imagine Not Having to Wait for a Plane. Ever.
For many, a trip to the airport is hellish. So how might we make airports more heavenly? Southwest Airlines, the most flown domestic airline, teamed up with global innovation design firm Continuum to imagine a better airport experience. After prototyping, testing and refining, we developed a more human way to use technology, creating a better experience for customers. Our panel will discuss our work and how the carrier aims to usher the era of the no-stress gate.
