Although diversity in the workplace is a hot topic, often this proves to be the theory rather than the practice, with the creative market notorious for predominantly male workforces. But how is this possible when the presence of women continues to grow?
In this talk, based on the experiences of two women in the digital market in Latin America, we will debunk common myths about the difficulty of finding good female designers, and present practices to deconstruct recruitment biases in companies.
