Cyborgs Not Robots: AI Won't Replace Human Insight

AI is changing the ways we can unlock value from social data. It's used to assist marketers in the process of identifying and analysing unstructured data and images, processing thousands of conversations in near real time, enabling humans in making insight gathering and engagement more proactive than reactive. We can use this partnership of humans using advanced technologies to be proactive in understanding which social content might offer better data for insight and opportunities for brands.
