Evolution of an Educator: How to Get Real and Raw

How can you teach someone if your life is not textbook? Can you be unapologetically real and raw and still be an expert in your field? Are the goals of education and a desire to see true transformation in a student complementary or competitive? Ask the hard questions of who you are and what it means to be an influential educator. I am still getting the answers wrong and each time I do, I get closer to what seems so much more right towards influencing growth.
