Do it Yourself or Do it Right: Outsourcing Tech
This isn't another feel-good panel about the the digital achievements of music companies--this is a real conversation about what we know we could and should be doing better by turning to outside expertise and expanding industry access to high-level developers. Though constantly constrained by budgets to do the best we can with in-house teams, little dialogue exists about what more we could be accomplishing with higher-level tech teams--whether for digital creative, marketing or insights.
