New tools: data, -omics & self-help apps have set off an explosion of science-based solutions to optimize health & fitness. Most digital tools focus on wellness, but few target chronic disease patients or people teetering between well & sick. Particularly underserved are the 50M Americans living with autoimmune diseases.
