Want You to Want Me: Uncovering Consumer Addiction
Brand addiction is from the wanting habits we develop over time. Our decision-making prioritizes a want over a like. When a brand nurtures a wanting habit through technology, consumers begin to develop a craving, expecting the brand to provide a short-term satisfaction.
In this session, Senior Strategist Alicia Park will discuss the behavioral addictions that all consumers are guilty of. This talk will also provide the key principles that lead to our wanting habits.
