This panel will present a documentary on transmedia format on an experience that demonstrates the ability of low-income communities in the metropolitan regions of Brazil to generate creativity and interest in science and art. The focus is on documentation projects Gambiarra Favela.Tech and Favela Makers from Rio de Janeiro, activities that mix a little science lab equipment maintenance workshop and studio art. To show from basic principles of electrical, electronic and programming, to cutting-edge technologies in the world of digital media. We want to show that actions of this type can generate a major impact on the urban structure to produce bridges between centers and peripheral regions.
