In 2016, companies can no longer operate independently of societal rules and norms (or restraints). Given the reality of our increasingly interconnected world, the relationship between companies/enterprise and society at large necessitates bringing a moral dimension to all corporate decision making. Panel will discuss reasons for this paradigm shift, why it’s occurring at a pivotal moment in history, and why we must adopt and apply a new set of “win/win” principles to our businesses, and all spheres of human engagement.
