Latinas in Silicon Valley: A Force in Tech Talent

A common topic in Silicon Valley is the lack of diversity. While women make up half of the American workforce, only a quarter of the jobs in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) jobs are actually held by women.

In Silicon Valley, these numbers are even more prevalent, especially for Latina women. But while Latinas working in technology companies may be a small group of women, they also represent a growing force of talent working at some of the top technology companies in Silicon Valley. Come hear the inspiring stories of four Latinas working in tech in Silicon Valley and the importance of promoting diversity in tech.
