Transaction Control: Scaling 2-Sided Marketplaces

A marketplace’s primary function is to eliminate any anxiety surrounding the transaction, yet many ecommerce marketplace platforms lack the control necessary to insulate their top sellers from payment disruption. Just like a vehicle’s traction control eliminates wheel slip and enables quick and safe acceleration, tr(ans)action control can help dual-sided marketplaces insulate sellers from third-party outages, avoid expansion friction, and rapidly accelerate growth. There's just one problem: Not every payment solution is equipped with this control capability. This session will give attendees tools to improve their tr(ans)action control and prevent a payment pileup within their marketplace.
