Collaborative Alignment for Product Managers
Good alignment is a basis for successful product collaboration. And alignment has even more valuable if it is driven by the product people in charge of an initiative and not just given by boundaries & goals defined by top management.
In this workshop you will learn how to make alignment a collaborative, bottom-up process. You will also learn how to use our framework called "Auftragsklärung" (~ assignment clarification) to answer the tricky questions about an upcoming initiative early, get clarity of intent and bring everybody on the same page.
