SXSW Interactive 2016
Managing an Online Community Volunteer Program
At the end of 2014, Forrester Research predicted that brand-hosted online communities would make a comeback, due to diminishing returns on Facebook and Twitter.

This session will be led by a pair of community veterans that have directly managed hundreds of volunteers and been responsible for volunteer programs that included thousands. It will be a deep dive into the subject, providing a blueprint that will allow you to build and lead a strong volunteer team.
