Customer experience in today’s on-demand economy

The on-demand economy has killed the conventional customer experience. Companies from DoorDash, Postmates to Freshly have created a new experience with just a swipe of the finger. Customers have more options what, when, and from who to buy from. The convergence of web, mobile and social is creating opportunities for customer intelligence that companies of all sizes can take advantage of. The panel will discuss how brands are working to keep customer loyalty alive in today’s on-demand economy. Panelists will speak to the pain points they are seeing, how they are working to achieve a better customer experience and what tools they are using to entice customers.
