What VR Needs to do Right Now to Succeed

2016 is virtual reality's first real chance to go mainstream. By SXSW, two of the big three high-end headsets (the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive) should be on store shelves, along with numerous mobile options. But how will VR go from niche emerging technology to ubiquitous tool? What would companies need to do in the next year to ensure a VR headset in every home? This panel will take a practical, hype-free look at the problems modern virtual reality will face as it joins mediums like film and text, and how leading VR experts might solve them.
