The Killer Congressional Office

For too long, Congress has acted as a 19th century institution using 20th century tools to solve 21st century problems. To no one's surprise, that isn't working. Join some of the leading reformers in Congress for a discussion of the latest efforts to bring innovation and entrepreneurship to the legislative process. Moderated by civic tech innovator Seamus Kraft, we will cover topics including: startup principles (Lean Startup Methodology, Human-Centered Design, OODA Loop, and others) in congressional offices, the impact of new Open Source guidelines in the House of Representatives, and steps both the public and private sectors to taking to bring startup culture to Capitol Hill staffers.
