Food is Information
We all know, “You are what you eat.” Ground-breaking new data and research coming out of the Human Microbiome Project is only now beginning to show just how true that really is. Everytime we take a bite we’re instructing our bodies at a cellular level, even our very DNA, to perform in a certain way—in essence, we’re feeding our body information. This panel of four experts—Dr. Josh Axe, author of Eat Dirt; Dr. Jeffrey Bland, author of The Disease Delusion; Dr. Kelly Brogan, author of A Mind of Your Own; and Jessica Murnane of One Part Plant—will delve deep into the subject and illuminate the incredible paradigm shift coming to modern medicine.
