Today's Online Product Search is a Time Suck

The hard, inconvenient truth is that most websites today use antiquated dealer locators that simply fail to satisfy the demands of shoppers, leading to dissatisfaction and the loss of millions of valuable minutes. And voila! The time suck. What shoppers want is quick access to the actual location of products, not a list of sellers who “may” have it. As competition mounts to provide instant gratification, those that don’t meet the challenge will soon watch their valued customers go to those that do. In this session, attendees will learn the importance of bringing products closer to customers through more sophisticated local product search.
