The hard, inconvenient truth is that most websites today use antiquated dealer locators that simply fail to satisfy the demands of shoppers, leading to dissatisfaction and the loss of millions of valuable minutes. And voila! The time suck. What shoppers want is quick access to the actual location of products, not a list of sellers who “may” have it.
